Assemble at Singapore Changi Airport for your flight to the Capital of Italy - Rome.
*Visit St. Peter’s Basilica in the Vatican City and marvel at the famous “Pieta” by Michelangelo (Note : Entry is subject to opening days/time). Later, proceed to the Colosseum for a photo stop *Continue to the Trevi Fountain where you may make a wish by tossing a coin into the fountain!
Note: With various major events taking place in Rome, visit to St. Peter’s Basilica cannot be guaranteed and traffic congestion/diversion will be expected.
*Travel towards the Tuscany Region and enjoy some free time to join a Florence walking tour of the Historic Center – declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site * View the façade of the Duomo Cathedral, Piazza Signoria, Ponte Vechio and “Piggy Market” * Proceed to Pisa and stop at Piazza dei Miracoli to find the celebrated Leaning Tower, the Duomo and the Baptistery.
*Travel to the highlight of your tour – the most romantic and scenic village of Cinque Terre *Overnight in Venice Region.
*Board a water taxi to Venice Island and visit St. Mark’s Square, bordered by the Doge’s Palace, St. Mark’s Basilica and the Campanile (bell tower)m with a photo stop at the celebrated Bridge of Sighs *Visit a fine glass-blowing factory and see richly coloured Venetian glass made to world class standards! *Transfer to the fashion centre of Italy – Milan * See the gothic Duomo and Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II.
*Cross the Swiss border to Intelaken, situated between two sparkling lakes and beneath the towering Jungfrau.
*Enroute drive to the beautiful town of Engelberg for a series of cable cars to Mt. Titlis.
Note: If Mt. Titlis is closed for maintenance, it will be replaced with another mountain excursion.
*Free at leisure and you may like to take an optional tour to Jungfraujoch – Top of Europe by a spectacular train ride.
*Continue to the gateway to central Switzerland – Lucerne to see the Lion Monument and visit the rebuilt 14th century covered wooden Chapel Bridge * At leisure to shop for fine Swiss products or visit Bucherer – Europe’s number one shop for watches and jewellery *Cross the French border to stay the night in the wine region of Burgundy
